This website exists to inform the public, organize collective action, and call for new class members to join a national lawsuit for justice under the 1st, 5th, and 14th Amendments. We gather personal stories, evidence, and participant information for legal, advocacy, and campaign purposes—not solely for public awareness.

By submitting your story or information, you affirm it is honest, factual, and about your own experience. Submissions may be reviewed for inclusion in the class action or advocacy campaign.  Knowingly false or misleading submissions are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the class and possible legal action. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or take legal action against anyone submitting fraudulent information.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and participation does not create an attorney-client relationship. If possible, seek a lawyer or trusted legal resource. If you cannot, use available self-help or advocacy resources. We do not provide personalized legal advice or representation.
